Pitted black olives
Feta cheese or fresh Burgos if you prefer it

Chop tomatoes into small cubes and cheese and place in a bowl. Add oregano, basil, arugula and lettuce (pre-wash). Add the pitted olives (whole or halved).
Season with plenty of extra virgin olive oil Cortijo Linares, a little wine vinegar, and salt.
