4 thick slices of country bread or loaf

1 clove garlic
Salt
Iberian ham
Extra virgin olive oil Cortijo Linares
Mash ripe tomatoes or grated with a grater. Place bread slices on a plate or tray and rub with half a clove of garlic. Spread the crushed tomatoes and salt. Sprinkle copiously with extra virgin olive oil Cortijo Linares. Place over the slices of ham.
