250g of Arugula
A cup of extra virgin olive oil Cortijo Linares
Garlic powder
100g Parmesan cheese or cured
250g pasta spirals
10-15 cherry tomatoes
Oregano, salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to manufacturer's instructions and reserve in a bowl. Add the halved tomatoes, basil leaves, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Copiously with olive oil and a trickle of vinegar.
Add grated Parmesan cheese or cured.
