1/4 kg shrimp.
1/4k flour (thick, which is used for frying fish) or chickpea flour (I like more with this).
1/4k of chopped onion.
100 Gr. parsley.
Water to make dough
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil Cortijo Linares (although it is a crude oil to take, is an omelette of five stars if used for tortilla)
Put flour in a bowl and mix slowly with water to form a dough. It should be slightly liquid.
Add salt to taste shrimp and onion, and parsley. Let dough rest for an hour.
Place a pan with oil to heat in the fire and go making tortillas by adding the oil a tablespoon of the mixture.
